Synopsis: After a botched heist, Jack Foley (George Clooney), a stylish bank robber, is arrested and jailed. In prison he studies an escape plan for which he has the help of his partner Buddy Bragg (Ving Rhames). But, during the escape, they are forced to take hostage Karen Sisco (Jennifer Lopez), a federal agent very prone to being attracted to the criminals she must capture.
Review: He is attractive, seductive and bank robber. She is curvy, a government agent and a woman (one of those who like attractive and seductive men with a vocation for scoundrels). What problem will they have? Indeed: the issue of crimes. Thus, a very entertaining mixture of thriller and romantic drama with a perfectly studied casting: Soderbergh brought together two of the greatest sex symbols of the end of the millennium … and the chemistry between the couple works perfectly. In short: “Out of Sight”, as a thriller, is quite entertaining, but as a seduction game it is formidable: all the Clooney and López scenes together are excellent.
