Synopsis: A prominent neurosurgeon tells his medical school students a story about an affair between a doctor and a married woman, and how, after the affair was over, the woman one day fell out of a window and died. The doctor, suspecting that she was murdered, set out to find her murderer, but instead of turning to the police, he planned to bring her revenge on the murderer.
